Chic hotel & perfectly clean, its location is unbeatable and quiet in the local theme parks. It has lots of meals to offer, the food is outstanding.

it's well-organised with large bathrooms. friendly service, they provide a private parking and free wi-fi.

Would recommend this place to everyone. It is an upscale and wonderful hotel with absolutely gorgeous view over the bay. The building is new, the room is well laid out and big. All the staff members are immensely pleasant and exceptional. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic, and the location is favourable next to the subway station for about 10-15mins, the aquarium in Osaka and the nearby shopping mall.

The restaurant here was good for breakfast and lunch time, we both ordered excellent dishes. Unbeatable location and overall the staff was thoughtful and attentive. Café Key's cafe Atc located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.

Place was immaculately clean and fully equipped. The overall atmosphere was family, however some staff members were not so helpful. The location was unbeatable and comfortable, for example, Atc Asobi Mare was at a short distance from the hotel. The restaurant was good for breakfast and lunch time, enjoyed it...

I loved staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly and spoke fluent English, making communication a breeze. The contemporary decor and quiet surroundings created a relaxing atmosphere. The room was modern, well-equipped, and had a nice view. The large bathroom was a definite plus, and having a fridge in the room was convenient. The inclusive breakfast was a delightful start to the day.

All was perfect.

Location close to many trucks. Also, close to Mall & Airport bus stop. Brand-new, neat rooms with fridge, good view of Ferris wheel plus wonderful bathroom, stunning setting.

Two free cocktails per guest per stay was a nice gesture. the view from our room was stunning, and the location was perfect for our romantic escape. the hotel had a lovely rooftop bar where we could enjoy drinks and the view. We also appreciated the convenient shuttle service to nearby attractions.

The room was not very clean upon our arrival, and we had to ask for clean towels to be brought up. the staff was not very friendly or accommodating to our requests.

Despite the hotel's location seeming far from the main Osaka tourist spots, it was actually well connected by public transportation and offered shuttle buses to various locations. The room was clean and comfortable, with a firm and comfortable bed. Additionally, the hotel provided a free wine experience.

The hotel's location may not be ideal for those looking for a central, downtown spot.

The location was also excellent, right by a metro stop, making it convenient to explore the area. I also loved that breakfast was included, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
